Cubase users, rejoice!

Steinberg demonstrated some of its latest hardware (developed in collaboration with Yamaha) in a session at Chuck Ainley’s studio in Nashville today. The CC121 Advanced Integration controller is a control surface with a single motorized 100 mm fader and lots of dedicated knobs and buttons that make working in Cubase or Nuendo as fast as I’ve ever seen. The MR16CSX FireWire Interface (and the slightly scaled-down MR816X) offers the advantages of onboard signal processing and latency-free monitoring. Together, the new devices furnish hardware components that every Steinberg user will want to investigate.CC121
