AVASTOR EXPANDS HDX PROFESSIONAL EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE PRODUCT LINE

This addition to the Avastor HDX product line provides unrivalled flexibility and performance for professional audio/video workstation users worldwide.


The Avastor HDX-1500 Quad provides the ultimate in performance with connectivity for USB 2.0, FireWire 400 (via supplied 800-400 cable), FireWire 800, and eSATA ports in a single unit. HDX-1500 Quad maximizes the performance of a single disk external storage solution, with data transfer rates exceeding 90MB/Sec. In addition, the HDX-1500 Quad supports the latest in eSATAII drive technology with drive capacities from 160GB up to 1TB (1000GB) and includes the Digidesign Pro Tools compliant Oxford 924 FireWire chipset.


Just like the other models in its product line, the new Avastor drive is 100% speed tested and has an internal power supply and cooling fan as standard features. All drives ship in the lockable Lockbox™ foam lined case.
